Do I need to leave my pet with the vet to arrange a cremation? No, you can leave your pet at the vet and arrange for us to collect or you can bring your pet to us.
How can I be sure that my pet is individually cremated? You can arrange for an attended cremation and be present throughout the process if you choose, however all cremations are supplied with certified individual cremation certification and covered by CCTV for your peace of mind.
When will my pets ashes be ready for collection/delivered by to me? Wherever possible we will endeavor to have the ashes ready for collection within 48 hours, however same day collection and delivery of ashes can be arranged (additional charges will apply at busy times).
My pet is getting old and I am considering pet cremation, can I discuss the cremation with you and view your premises prior to losing my pet? Yes, you can contact us during opening hours to arrange an appointment, where we can discuss an option that is suited to your needs. This may help with the grieving process when the time comes and help to make it a little easier.
What happens if my pet dies in the evening or weekend? If your pet passes away out of our usual working hours you can contact us and we can arrange collection or await delivery of your pet and return him/her to our cool store.
Do I have to purchase a casket or urn at the time of cremation? All our pets are placed into a complimentary scatter tube after cremation, should you decide to opt for a casket or urn of your choice, we do have a selection on display for you to purchase.
Does it cost anything to make use of your farewell room to say goodbye to our pet? We do not charge for the use of our Farewell room. If you bring your pet in then you can spend as much time as you need to say goodbye.
